We try to collaborate very closely with the client. We believe in early feedback, small iterations and frequent releases. Also, since we are ONLY focused on Grails development, we do not take any project that comes our way. We scrutinize the project and its fitment to our strengths and then take up the project.

Learning is not a process in IntelliGrape. It is the culture. Once in every fort-night, the entire company gets together for an intensive knowledge transfer and presentation program. We organize presentations, brainstorming sessions, hands-on sessions and review cycles. 1 or 2 team members pick any topic, generally related to present projects or new technology and present that to all other team members.
